Exclusion means finding every gap, crack, and opening a pest could use to get into a structure, then sealing them with materials built for the job — steel mesh, hardware cloth, or proper sealant, not just spray foam. It's the difference between removing what's inside right now and making sure nothing new gets in after.
Why removal alone doesn't solve the problem
